Thank you for shopping marlyn schiff! We put in every effort to provide you with an excellent shopping experience. 
Our goal is to resolve your order problems in an efficient and economical manner.
The terms and conditions below will help you understand how our returns are processed
including different course of actions associated with each purchase and return type.

wholesale policies    

If you are interested in carrying our line in your store, please fill out our New Store Application Form. 
You will be contacted by our staff via email once your application has been approved.

EXCLUSIVITY

Providing customers with exclusivity can be beneficial to both the customer and the marlyn schiff brand. We do our best not to open new accounts within close proximity of existing and active marlyn schiff accounts. "Active Accounts" are defined as accounts that place a minimum order of $300 every season (ie: Fall, Spring). We strive to do our best to follow the above guidelines, however marlyn schiff does not guarantee exclusivity to our customers.

RETAILING / SELLING

It is important to us to keep our retailers protected and to know that they are selling a "special brand".  Retail sales of the marlyn schiff brand in non-authorized locations will result in account closure.

BACKORDERS / DELAYS

•    All items that are put on backorder will not be cancelled unless otherwise notified by marlyn schiff.
•    It is the customer's responsibility to contact marlyn schiff to cancel the backorder by calling 610-642-3811.
•    Once the backordered items are in stock, we will ship the merchandise.
•    If a purchase order is delayed longer than normal it is generally due to items out of stock, or orders placed ahead of yours.
 
SHIPPING

• All shipping rates are within the US domestic locations ONLY. Any other orders may be subject to additional charges. 
  marlyn schiff is not responsible for any additional charges incurred due to brokerage fees, etc.
• Backorders will be calculated according to weight and destination.
• All orders are shipped via UPS GROUND.
• UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
• marlyn schiff does offer other methods of shipping other than UPS upon request at an additional cost.
• FREE SHIPPING ON WHOLESALE ORDERS - Free ground shipping on all orders over $350, shipped to any destination within the USA.
  *Note: all orders will be shipped via UPS Ground shipping on DOMESTIC orders only.

WHOLESALE RETURN POLICY

All returns must be made within either 10 or 90 days from the invoice date or date of purchase.
We highly recommend that you inspect each product carefully upon receipt, as this will
allow us to correct any issues in a timely manner.

If your jewelry order contains any incorrect, damaged, or defective items, please contact us right away.
We have policies in place to take care of such issues for you, and we welcome the chance to
make things right. Please refer to the policies below for further assistance.

•    Damaged Returns - 90 days from date the merchandise is shipped for replacement or future credit.

•    Non-Damaged Returns - 10 days from the date the merchandise is shipped and subject to an 8% restocking fee.

•    Refunds - At this time we do not issue refunds on damaged or non-damaged wholesale order returns, UNLESS otherwise approved. All returns will be issued
     an account credit, replacement or exchange.

•    Return Authorization #  - A Return Authorization(RA) MUST be issued for ALL wholesale returns by calling 610-642-3811 or  emailing marlyn schiff jewelry at:    
     customerservice@marlynschiff.com, within 90 days of shipment

              o    For damaged returns, please also send an email to customerservice@marlynschiff.com
                    with a picture of the damage for documentation


•    Returns will not be accepted if a marlyn schiff Return Authorization(RA) number is not written clearly on the outside of the envelope/ box with a copy of the invoice,
     and RA number inside the envelope/box.


•    All Return Merchandise MUST be sent back in the original plastic envelopes to:

•    marlyn schiff is not responsible for any items sent back that are lost in transit. Please use a mail carrier with package insurance and tracking.
•    If you would like to receive an in house credit, please ship the item via your carrier of choice and we will credit you back for the postage amount you paid to
     return the merchandise. If the postage is not shown on the outside of the package, please include a copy of the receipt inside the package.
•    If you choose to receive a replacement, the postage amount you pay to return the merchandise will not be refunded because we will be sending you your
     replacement for free of charge.
•    Replacements will be sent once the returns are received.
•    Replacements will be processed in the order that they are received
•    Returns that are missing a marlyn schiff Return Authorization (RA) number, invoice and/or original envelopes, may result in a delay in processing

RETAIL ORDERING GUIDELINES

•  All marlynschiff.com orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

•  Orders placed on weekdays after 2 PM EST, or on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the
   next business day.

•  Shipping times will vary due to availability of merchandise, and during peak/holiday times and/or promotional events.

•  All marlyn schiff merchandise is shipped from Ardmore, PA 19033

• marlyn schiff, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please allow 1-2 business day(s) for order   processing (not including shipping times.)

 
SHIPPING

RETAIL RETURN POLICY

•    If you made a purchase from marlynshiff.com, you may return or exchange any FULL PRICE ITEM, for a complete refund, within (10) days of receiving the item,   provided that the item is in its original condition and packaging.
•    Full price purchases that are Damaged Returns may be accepted up to (90) days from date the merchandise is shipped after purchase, for a replacement or   refund.
•    All marlyn schiff Sale Items are Final Sale. NO refunds or exchanges on sale items unless the product is defective/damaged upon receipt or unless otherwise   noted.
•    If you have a return, please email customerservice@marlynschiff.com with your order # and date.
•    Shipping costs must be paid for by the customer for all return or exchange items, unless the reason for the return/exchange is due to a product that is   defective/damaged upon receipt.
•    We are unable to refund shipping charges on returns/exchanges

•    All promo code offering free shipping are eligible for UPS Ground shipping on DOMESTIC orders only.
