ORDERING POLICY FOR MARLYN SCHIFF WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS

•  $250.00 minimum order for opening order.
•  $100.00 minimum order for reorders.
•  A resale number must be provided before ordering.
 
 EXCLUSIVITY

• Providing customers with exclusivity can be beneficial to both the customer and the marlyn schiff brand. We generally try not to open new accounts within close proximity of existing and active marlyn schiff accounts."Active Accounts" are defined as accounts that place a minimum order of $300 every season (ie. Fall, Spring). We strive to do our best to follow the above guidelines, however marlyn schiff does not guarantee exclusivity to our customers.
 
RETAILING/SELLING

• Retailing or selling marlyn schiff  brand in non-authorized locations will result in account closure.
•It is important to us to keep our retailers protected and to know that they are selling a "special brand".
 
SHIPPING

• All shipping rates are within the US domestic locations ONLY. Any other orders may be subject to additional charges. marlyn schiff is not responsible for any additional charges incurred due to brokerage fees, etc.
• Backorders will be calculated according to weight and destination.
• All orders are shipped via UPS GROUND.
• UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
• marlyn schiff does offer other methods of shipping other than UPS upon request at an additional cost.
 
BACKORDERS/DELAYS

•All items that are put on backorder will not be cancelled unless otherwise notified by marlyn schiff. It is the customer's responsibility to contact marlyn schiff to cancel the backorder. Once the backordered items are in stock, we will ship the merchandise.
•If a purchase order is delayed longer than normal it is generally due to items out of stock, or orders placed ahead of yours.

WHOLESALE RETURN POLICY

• A Return Authorization(RA) MUST be issued for ALL Returns by calling or emailing marlyn schiff at info@marlynschiff.com
• Returns will not be accepted if a marlyn schiff Return Authorization number is not written clearly on the outside of the envelope/ box with a copy of the invoice, and RA number in the envelope/box.
• All Return Merchandise MUST be sent back in the original plastic envelopes.
• Damaged Returns - 90 days from day the merchandise is shipped for replacement or future credit.
• Replacements will be sent once the returns are received.
• Non-Damaged Returns- 10 days from the day the merchandise is shipped and subject to a 8% restocking fee.
• marlyn schiff is not responsible for any items sent back that are lost in transit.

RETAIL RETURN POLICY

• Returns- 30 days from the day the merchandise is received for an exchange or credit. 
•  Item must be returned in new and resaleable condition.
All Marlyn Schiff Sale Items are Final Sale. No refunds or exchanges.

• Any purchases made through the DEALPALOOZA, CBS LOCAL OFFER AND DAILYCANDY.COM promotions are returnable for EXCHANGE ONLY within 30 days. (Except on FINAL SALE items.)
