RETAIL RETURN POLICY

•    If you made a purchase from marlynshiff.com, you may return or exchange any FULL PRICE ITEM, for a complete refund, within (10) days of receiving the item, provided that the item is in its original condition and packaging.
•    Full price purchases that are Damaged Returns may be accepted up to (90) days from date the merchandise is shipped after purchase, for a replacement or refund.

•    All marlyn schiff Sale Items are Final Sale. NO refunds or exchanges on sale items unless the product is defective/damaged upon receipt or unless otherwise noted.

•    If you have a return, including a return that was a gift to you purchased from our website, please email: customerservice@marlynschiff.com with your order # and date.

•    Shipping costs must be paid for by the customer for all return or exchange items, unless the reason for the return/exchange is due to a product that is defective/damaged upon receipt.

•    We are unable to refund shipping charges on returns/exchanges

•    marlyn schiff is not responsible for any items sent back that are lost in transit. When mailing a return, please use a mail carrier with package insurance and tracking.

•    Returns/exchanges will be processed in the order they are received

  • Retail returns purchased in our Ardmore, PA showroom must be returned through our showroom.
