Q: What is the jewelry made of?
A: marlyn schiff jewelry is made of iron based metal that is lead free/nickel free with tone plating unless otherwise noted (some pieces are stainless steel as noted.) sterling jewelry is sterling silver or 14K gold fill.
Q: What are the care instructions for marlyn schiff jewelry?

Care instructions - Please avoid exposure to water and liquid jewelry cleaning products. We recommend removing jewelry before showering, and all activities involving water.

It is much easier to prevent tarnish than to remove it. Sulfur and other airborne chemical are the main cause of tarnish. Fashion jewelry also tarnishes when exposed to oils and acids transferred from our skin. Jewelry tarnishes much faster when it is left out in the open, so we recommend storing it in a closed container, or pouching. Minor tarnish can be buffed off with a polishing cloth. For best results gently wipe each piece after you take it off to remove all excessive moisture and oils transferred from skin.

•  All marlynschiff.com orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

•  Orders placed on weekdays after 2 PM EST, or on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

•  Shipping times will vary due to availability of merchandise, and during peak/holiday times and/or promotional events.

•  All marlyn schiff merchandise is shipped from Haverford, PA 19041

• marlyn schiff, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please allow 1-2 business day(s) for order processing (not including shipping times.)

  
RETAIL WEBSITE ORDER SHIPPING POLICY

• All shipping rates are within the US domestic locations ONLY. Any other orders may be subject to additional charges. marlyn schiff is not responsible for any additional charges incurred due to brokerage fees, etc.

• All orders are shipped via UPS GROUND.

• UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

• marlyn schiff does offer other methods of shipping other than UPS upon request at an additional cost.

• Free ground shipping on all orders over $150 shipped to any destination within the USA. *Note: all orders will be shipped via UPS Ground shipping on DOMESTIC orders only.

  
RETAIL WEBSITE ORDER RETURN POLICY

•    If you made a purchase from marlynschiff.com, you may return or exchange any FULL PRICE ITEM, for a complete refund, within THIRTY (30) days of receiving the item, provided that the item is in its original condition and packaging.
For exchanges, please email: customerservice@marlynschiff.com for instructions.

•    Full price purchases that are Damaged Returns may be accepted up to NINETY (90) days from date the merchandise is shipped after purchase, for a replacement or refund.
•    All marlyn schiff Sale Items are Final Sale. NO refunds or exchanges on sale items unless the product is defective/damaged upon receipt or unless otherwise noted.
•    Shipping costs must be paid for by the customer for all return or exchange items, unless the reason for the return/exchange is due to a product that is defective/damaged upon receipt.
•    We are unable to refund initial shipping charges on returns/exchanges

GMA - DEALS & STEALS

GUIDELINES & RETURN POLICY

Return Policy:

Any purchase made through a GMA Deals & Steals promotion is returnable within ten (10) days of receipt. Item must be returned in original condition and packaging. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns. marlyn schiff cannot provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns.

All returns should be mailed to:
marlyn schiff, 15 Haverford Statioin Rd., Haverford, PA 19041.

Refunds on returns will be processed in the order they are received. Item price(s) will be refunded. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please use a mail carrier with insurance/tracking. marlyn schiff is not responsible for any items sent back that are lost in transit.

If items are returned after the GMA return policy extension period without approval, a refund will not be issued. A credit will be applied towards our retail website, via a promo code equal to the GMA order purchase price. This promo code will be emailed to the customer.
