Q: What is the jewelry made of?
A: marlyn schiff jewelry is made of iron based metal that is lead free/nickel free with tone plating unless otherwise noted (some pieces are stainless steel, brass, etc. as noted.) sterling jewelry is sterling silver or 14K gold fill.

All marlynschiff.com orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please allow 2-3 business day(s) for order processing (not including shipping times)
PLEASE NOTE: shipping times will vary due to availability of merchandise, and during peak/holiday times and/or promotional events.
All marlyn schiff merchandise is shipped from Haverford, PA 19041

All shipping rates are within the US domestic locations ONLY

Any other orders may be subject to additional charges. marlyn schiff is not responsible for any additional charges incurred due to brokerage fees, etc.

All orders are shipped UPS Ground or UPS Surepost, depending on the selection at checkout. PO Boxes are shipped UPS Surepost.

 marlynschiff.com purchases that are regular priced items may be returned for a refund within THIRTY (30) days of receipt provided that the item is in its original condition and packaging.

For exchanges, please email: customerservice@marlynschiff.com

marlynschiff.com purchases that are damaged may be accepted up to NINETY (90) days of receiving the item, for a replacement or refund.

 ALL sale section jewelry, and Fill-a-box orders are FINAL SALE.

NO refunds or exchanges will be accepted on sale items unless the product is defective/damaged upon receipt or unless otherwise noted.

 Shipping costs must be paid for by the customer for all return or exchange items, unless the reason for the return is due to a product that is defective/damaged upon receipt

 We are unable to refund initial shipping charges on returns/exchanges

 marlyn schiff is not responsible for any items sent back that are lost in transit. When mailing a return, please use a mail carrier with package insurance and tracking
Returns/exchanges will be processed in the order they are received

If you have further questions regarding a return or exchange, please email customerservice@marlynschiff.com with your order # and date.

 Items returned that fall outside of this policy will be issued a website credit equal to purchase price paid.
